Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms apply to Our Airpark, the website service at ourairpark.com and every airpark site it runs (including an airpark's own domain), provided by Whiskey Victor LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an airpark association, you agree on the association's behalf and confirm you may do so.

What Our Airpark is

Our Airpark is software that an airpark's community association (its "board") uses to run a website and keep its records: pages, NOTAMs, documents, a resident directory, announcements, events, dues records, requests, votes and similar tools. Each airpark's board decides what is put on its site, who may see it and what is sent from it.

What Our Airpark is not

  • Not aviation authority or flight information. NOTAMs, airfield details, runway information, weather and anything else about flying on an airpark site are written by that airpark's board or copied from public sources (the FAA, NOAA), and may be wrong, late or incomplete. They are not official FAA NOTAMs and are not for flight planning or navigation. The pilot in command remains solely responsible for every flight, including checking official sources. Permission to land given through the site is the airpark's, not ours.
  • Not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. Votes, proxies, meeting notices, violations, fines, records requests, dues, budgets and reports are tools for the board. We do not check that anything done with them follows your governing documents, contracts or the law, and we never describe them as legally compliant. Lists of laws and default settings for a state are a starting point only. The board remains responsible for its decisions and should ask its own attorney or accountant.
  • Not a management company or bank. We do not hold or move an association's money, collect dues on its behalf, or act for the board. Budget and dues figures are the board's own records, not an audit.
  • Not the publisher of an airpark's content. Each board is responsible for what it and its members post, upload or send, including documents, directory details, photos, listings and email.

Accounts

Residents and board members are added by their airpark's board; there is no public sign-up. Keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links and codes are sent there. Tell your board, or us at support@ourairpark.com, if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to post material you have no right to post, to harass anyone, to send spam, to collect other people's details for purposes the airpark did not intend, or to probe, overload or get around the service's security. We may suspend access that does any of these things.

The airpark's content and data

Each airpark's content and records belong to that airpark's association. We keep and process them only to run the service for it, as described in our Privacy Policy. The board may export its records and may ask us to delete its site.

Data from public sources

Airfield facts come from the FAA's public airport data, weather from NOAA's Aviation Weather Center, maps from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors), and, where an airpark has chosen it, parcel facts from county records published by the State of Colorado, credited where shown. All of it is provided as published by its source, may be out of date, and should be checked.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but it may be interrupted, and features may change. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means accepting the update.

No warranty

The service and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Whiskey Victor LLC and its members, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, money, property, use or goodwill, or for any injury, accident, aircraft damage or other harm arising from flying or from relying on information shown by the service, however caused. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount the airpark association paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if it paid nothing.

Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and hold Whiskey Victor LLC harmless from claims arising from what you post or send through the service, or from your breaking these terms or the law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: support@ourairpark.com.
