Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Our Airpark (Whiskey Victor LLC, "we") keeps, why, and who it goes to. It covers ourairpark.com and every airpark site we run.
Whose information it is
An airpark's site is run by its community association (its "board"). The association decides what is collected on its site and who may see it, and the information belongs to the association. We keep and process it on the association's behalf, only to run the service. For questions about an airpark's records, such as the directory or dues, ask that airpark's board first.
What is kept
- Accounts: your name and email address, the airpark you belong to and your role (resident, board or admin).
- What the airpark's board and residents enter: for example directory details (households, lots, phone numbers, email addresses, aircraft and photos), documents, pages, NOTAMs, announcements, events, dues and budget records, requests, votes and proxies. On a secret ballot the site records that a lot voted, kept apart from what was chosen.
- What visitors send: contact and real estate inquiries, requests to fly in and fly-in RSVPs, with the details typed into the form.
- Email sent by an airpark's site: who it went to, when, the subject and the text, kept as the association's record. Links that would let someone act as the recipient are removed before it is kept.
- Errors: when something goes wrong we record the page, the time, the browser's name and, if signed in, the account id. We do not record IP addresses, form contents or search terms in this log.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, analytics services or social media trackers. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for marketing.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses cookies only to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores a few preferences on your device only, such as which NOTAMs you have acknowledged or whether you prefer cards or a list. They are not sent to us.
Who else receives information
To run the service we use these providers, each only for its part:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and backups. Where it is in use, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that public forms are sent by a person.
- Supabase: the database, sign-in and file storage.
- Resend: sending email.
- OpenStreetMap: when a page shows a map, your browser fetches the map pictures from OpenStreetMap's servers, which see your IP address.
- NOAA and the FAA: we fetch public weather and airport data from them; nothing about you is sent.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Who can see what
Each airpark's board decides who sees what on its site: public pages for everyone, resident pages for signed-in members, and board pages for the board. The directory is visible to that airpark's signed-in residents. Information on a listing marked for sale, or in a public document, is public. Our own staff can reach an airpark's information only to set up and support the service.
Email from an airpark
Sign-in emails go only to you. Announcements the board marks as essential (such as meeting notices) go to every member of the directory; every other announcement has an unsubscribe link.
Keeping and deleting
Information is kept while the airpark uses the service and in our backups for a limited time afterward. To change or remove your information, ask your airpark's board; many details you can change yourself under My household. An association can ask us at support@ourairpark.com to export or delete its site.
Security
Sign-in is by single-use links and codes sent to your email, with no passwords to steal. Each airpark's information is kept apart from every other airpark's in the database itself. Documents and photos are checked on every download. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.
Children
The service is meant for adults who belong to an airpark community. It is not directed at children under 13.
